I'm not quite sure of what your exact problem is so I'll ask you... Are you having trouble getting TO the Candy Store or are you there and it's not letting you complete the transaction? Are you able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing? I've had the same problem and it worked itself out after a couple of days. You said that you refreshed your game. What do you do to do that? Have you ever gone to your device's settings and done a Force Stop and Clear Cache? I often must do that to get my devices synced. It can never hurt to do that and then log out of the game, restart your device and begin at the beginning. Our electronics may be "smart" but sometimes they get confused and have to be reminded of their purpose! Let me know if you need help with anything!
