New King Account

Hello,

All 5 of my King games have been disconnected from Facebook & won't reconnect. Rep told me I need to create a new King account to link all my games. This has been going on for over a year now. Can someone help me?

I play all my games on my android phone.

Hello @MsLilMike and welcome to our wonderful community.  Playing through King.com will allow you to keep your progress stored in case anything happens and a lot of players enjoy playing thru king.com.  But if you really want to play via Facebook (I play thru them). you might try de-installing Facebook from your phone.  Then make sure you have the latest version of all the games and clear your cache.  Then turn your phone off for at least 10-15 second.  When you turn your phone back on, try reinstalling the Facebook app and see if you can connect any of your games to the Facebook app.

Hello @ Bearwithme. That is not the problem I'm having. I had a FB page and my games where all connected. The issue came about because I couldn't sign onto FB so I created a new page and connected all my games to that page. Somehow while using both pages, all my games became disconnected to FB and won't re-connect. Was told that I have to create a new King account and that is as far as I've gotten. Can't get in touch with anyone @ King. Going on 2 years.
