@Eddie_Sparrow some people either don't have an account, or try logging in through King when it was Facebook they saved progress on before. That's what I meant.
And if you change devices, boosters that you bought with real money can be added. Otherwise boosters don't get synced as they are not tracked if you use different devices. Well they shouldn't 😵
I can't help with the glitch other than of course, report it, but I hope it made it a little clearer for you

@Eddie_Sparrow the mobile version syncs correctly just as it was intended to work. By the nature of the beast, "the ability to play offline" the mobile version cannot work the same as the PC/laptop version. I save my progress through both my King Account and through Facebook. When I speak of "glitches" I am referring to things like your device freezes as you are you collecting your boosters and you do not get to collect them 😒 or you cannot connect to the internet.0

PLus there is no limit to earning the free boosters on as many devices as you play on either They'd just stay on those devices which is pretty handy sometimes. 1
