Game isn’t working

For a week now I have tried to play my game and the only thing that lets me do is the booster will it doesn’t give me the next level nothing just the boost will that’s all I’m able to do every day for the past week and I don’t understand why it isn’t working help please

I thought this was support I cleaned that already
