Sugar Drop screen continues to load up, but never gives reward

Hello, I have an issue where the sugar drop reward screen will appear when I complete a level, but the reward is never given. This screen shows up everytime I complete a level. It has been happening for several days. It just always tells me to connect to get rewards, but I am connected to the internet when the error message appears. Just hoping it can go away, it's getting a little irritating.

    Hello @LastGoodSon and welcome to our friendly King Community.  I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem.  It is not an uncommon one and has happened occasionally to me too.  The games require a strong and steady internet signal and if there is a temporary drop or interruption in the signal - then the game automatically assumes you are playing offline and certain functions can't be done (like collecting your sugar drop rewards).  The good thing is you should get all the rewards once the game thinks you have an internet signal.  I realize that you do have an internet signal - the problem is the game doesn't think so.

    Sometimes the game gets temporarily hung up and a few simple steps can help you out.  
    Clear your cache. The way to do this is slightly different depending on the platform and software you are using, but you should be able to use the internet to find out how to do that if in doubt.

     Check your app update - App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.

    Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 20-30 seconds.  Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.

    However - if the problem persist for a week or more, even after you have done the steps above - then unfortunately your game may have a bigger glitch and the only way to resolve it may be to de-install and re-install the game - but remember - if you do this you will lose all your lives and any saved boosters you may have!  This should only be done as a last resort.
