I am playing for years now with my facebook account but lost all my levels. I am on level 2853 snd each time I start the game now I am on a level below 50. WHY????

Have you recently made any changes to your Facebook account?  If you have the same Facebook account and you haven't changed it - player support should be able to help you get your levels back.
