Candy Crush Saga Level 5644 - Glitch when playing through Facebook

There is a glitch on Level 5644 when you play it through Facebook on the computer (does not happen if you play it mobile)

When playing the Level on mobile, once the chocolate "eats" the two keys on each bottom corner of the screen, the keys in the conveyor belt get unlocked and then -if you still have enough moves- you can collect the keys which will unlock the UFO -as well as the tiles- at the bottom and you'll most likely complete the Level. 

HOWEVER, When playing the Level on Facebook on the computer, once the chocolate "eats" the two keys on each bottom corner of the screen, the keys in the conveyor belt DON'T get unlocked ---> Since they don't get unlocked, you can't collect and, as a result, the UFO -as well as the tiles- at the bottom remain locked making literally impossible to clear the Level.

Please, let me know if this can be fixed and/or if I should report this somewhere else.

Oh! BTW, @Sukanta_Biswas:

I just passed the Level (on mobile) with just 2 tries (see screenshot) and no boosters = 3 Stars. Just putting this here so that the Team and/or other players don't think this is just one of those dreadfully hard Levels... it is just that the Facebook/Computer version does indeed have the glitch (I mean, I tried there at least 20 times -boosters, extra moves, the works!- until I realized what was wrong! #LoL).

Nevermind! I tried the level about 5 times before commenting, then tried again because I was bored, and it didn't glitch this time!
