Life requests stay in mailbox/ Lives do not get sent or received

I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.

This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!

Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

Check here if you need help with updating the app.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.

Hi guys!

The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.

Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.

This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.

I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

Inbox glitch driving me crazy. Says I have 17 messages, all requesting lives. Send them, there's only 6 recipients then as soon as I log back in, there's another 17

Up until a couple of weeks ago I was regularly getting life requests and lives in equal measure but now I’m only getting requests (actually, multiple requests from the same person) with no lives...as you can imagine it’s now VERY irritating. I can’t just delete these requests. Is this a glitch that’ll be fixed? If so, when will it be fixed? If not, can it be looked into and fixed please.

Hi @Iuliaioana08 I can totally understanding how frustration can be getting a lot of lives requests over and over again specially from the same players and never get anything in return when we ask back, but unfortunately there’s not much we can do but to ignore, or just being generously keep sending it, there’s nothing to loose and won’t cost anything anyway 🤗

I have friends that send me a request to send them a life my inbox has eight lives or eight friends asking me for lives and I send them and then it keeps coming back it does not allow me to send lives can you please fix

I think something is wrong. I have been asked about 33 lifes. If I give them lifes, them want more and more. Something is wrong.

Hello team, I keep receiving life support n despite the fact that I give life, they keep compiling and never ending. How'd I be able to give life once without the same request remaining in my inbox...!

In the first screenshot: I agreed all the lives, so there is no more messages in the top. But when I disconnect and reopen Candy Crush, the 19 messages reappears (see 2nd screenshot).

It happens in Candy Crush Saga. As you can see in the screens shot below, there still are 19 messages (top on the left) even if I approved all the lives of my friends last time I was connected.

Hi guys!

Our technicians have now isolated the cause of the fault and are creating a fix which will be available in a game update, version number (1.171), coming soon.
Please make sure that you have your device set to automatically update apps, so it can be downloaded as soon as it becomes available.🙂

I open envelope, accept them, they disappear but do not go to life counter to use. Happening repeatedly on iPad. I am getting annoyed. Takes awhile to request and receive then don’t get to use.

This is a known issue that's being addressed by the Support Team. They're preparing to release the fix for it. When it's ready an update will be issued. It's advised that you have your device set to update automatically. There may be an announcement as well. Lots of players have been writing to ask about the issue.
Try to be patient, it will be fixed soon!
You can read more about it by clicking the link in the red box at the top of this page. The one that says "Read Before Posting". It has a list all of the known issues.

I am sorry to say that the "Lives" issue in the Candy Crush game was not cleared yet and update was not released.
But the team is working very hard to fix the issue and they will be sending the update very soon! But, unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected!

The past few days when I try to use lives that have been gifted by friends they just disappear when I try to use them. It does not do it all the time but has done it about 5 times now. It has done it on my candy crush game on my laptop version and also my phone app version.

Every time I log in to play, several times a day, I have 10+ notices of 1 friend asking for lives. I have sent numerous times since this started, but there's no way she is asking for 10 each time. Every time! Earlier, a 2nd person started accumulating a tally for same request. Please fix! It's annoying for certain people, like me! Thank you
