I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

I'm facing the same problem, still have a message in "Your messages" when I restart the Candy Crush
I am getting the same requests again and again?
Even if I approve life request, whenever I open candycrush app I am getting same requests again and again. Even if I try opening app after every 5-10 min, I am getting samr requests again.

Unfortunately, it's a known issue since I had it yesterday too. I had already passed it on. Just don't know if something will be done. Please be patient.

You can stop getting the Notifications, but you can't stop the request for live's.You're getting more live requests from a specific friend, and if you want to stop it, then you have to unfriend him from your Facebook friends list.😉

I always will be on a roll. Killing every level without dying. Do this for about 13 or more levels then I get stuck. And it eats all my life's and boosters 😭
Then I purchase some more not realizing I can't play because I have no lives lol🤦

As our games are played by millions of people around all around the world, this means sometimes there can be a delay in messages being delivered, due to sheer volume. This is something The King constantly working to improve, however it does also rely on some factors which are outside our control, such as linked social media networks and internet providers.

Cannot send lives. Each time I come back to play, 15 send lives are still there.
I am showing 65 lives to send and it keeps going up. I try to send then turn game off then back on and it's all back again. I would love to clear these out.
But even with all of the friend lives request I do receive free lives myself.

Hello @DianeRR - welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am not sure what you are referring to. Are you talking about messages concerning lives? If you are the studio is aware of the issue and are working on a solution that will be included in the next game update. You can read more about it here.
I am getting several requests for lives by one of my friends. She says she is not sending that many requests. I am guessing that the cache is not emptied when I accept them. What can I do to stop getting all of these requests?

I am sorry to hear that you both are having this issue in your games! Unfortunately, there has been an issue with "Sending and Receiving Lives" in Candy Crush game.
The Studio team already knows about the issue and trying very hard to resolve the issue and send a new update soon. But, unfortunately, it is taking bit longer than expected!

Every time I log in I receive life requests that I have already granted. I know they are not new requests so why is it not deleting them from my mail? Does multiple requests from a single player only allow 1 request per time so the others stay even though I have selected them?
