Hi there! My Facebook is disabled, so I signed up with a new account - can one of the admins please help me out and reconnect my progress to my new FB account?
Old FB account was: sumkhan529@gmail.com, my progress was synced with this.
My new FB account is: sump.8596@gmail.com
Hello @Sumaiya8515 and welcome to our wonderful King Community! You are correct that Player Support will need to restore your levels to your new FB account.
You can contact Player Support directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Select the cogwheel
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on "I need help with lost progress"
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
That way your personal information will only be shared directly with Player Support.
