I am sorry to say that your question is a bit confusing!!
1) Trophy icon has glitching for a while and don't worry about that at all. Because, ONLY special events are placed there and if we don't have the Trophy icon, the only downside would be for us to not able to play those special events. It does not affect your game progress!!
2) Can you please explain more about "progress of your account"?
