My Candy Crush account doesn’t connect to the internet. I can’t get any boosters or spin the booster wheel. I also can’t buy anything from the store, because it doesn’t connect it. And i can’t register with my King account, because every Time i try to do that, it tell’s me that there is no connection, allthoug every other app i have can connect to the internet. How can i get it to connect it. I am also connected to Wi-Fi.

    We're sorry for your problem. In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. There are several different reasons, that you may have this problem. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.

    Same problem here I’m at Level 5227 and the updated app has me at LEVEL 1. I will not start over, this is HORRIBLE

    In that case, you must uninstall and reinstall the game app.There is no other way. You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.😌

    I did the uninstall and reinstall NOW IM AT LEVEL ONE, will not connect so I can get my progress so LEVEL ONE. I’m not starting over

    So I'm at 9762... I got an email from Candy Crush wanting to reward me in the new REWARDS program at my level 9748. It sent me a load of boosters and gold bars to celebrate you guys having 10000 levels. I went on playing but didn't realize I was no longer connected. The game stopped connecting me to your server. Even though I continued to log into your website and my account via the game. My games and boosters did not save to your server. It started giving the message you displayed above yesterday The only thing that I can figure is that you guys corrupted my cell phone when you downloaded your rewards. I uninstalled the app (Leaving my data) on the phone and reinstalled. It didn't work. Here is where I should be:
