854 needs to be fixed

How many agree that 854 is messed up? A 3 Star is NOT possible. I have been playing it months now. Can't 3 star it with every boost, level bonus turns added, all extras's applied. On top of that when it completes i have seen numerous endings where it leaves 3 like colors together left unacknowledged. After looking into this, i understand at some point in the past, possibly years, the level began with 35 moves. If that's true, why is this level impossible to 3 star? Well, a 500,000 score to 3 star with max of 21 moves is not just 'hard' it's thus far impossible.
Please try to bring the level into a realistic 3 star realm.
