I have been looking for a couple days for the prize I was supposed to win on landing on the jackpot after many years of trying. I usually don't bother asking about missing a single prize but this one, wow that's hard to take. Can you tell me how to verify if I actually received it and just missed where it went because it only flashed on my screen for a second. I do not have a screen shot but also didn't think I'd to as hardly ever have this type problem even if I could have captured it that quick.
