In some cases, the Daily Calendar may be missing after logging in for a weak Internet or server problem.Right now some problems have been discovered on the game server and solutions are in the works. You may have to wait a while.😉

Hi crushers!
The Treat Calendar can at times get reset and take a break in the game since it's not an infinite feature like the Booster Wheel for example.
Continue playing and keep the app up to date and it should reappear after some while.

Has anyone else experienced issues with the treat calendar? I have not seen it for more than 3 days. I have logged in multiple times in the last 3 days & the calendar did not pop up, it wasn’t on the side bar either.

I have logged in multiple times a day both with wifi & without. I have not seen the treat calendar for over 4 days. I expected it would not pop up when I was not using wifi. However it has not come up even with wifi. It is not even showing on the side panel anymore. Has it been taken away? Or is there an issue with my game?

@kai_luv64 Hi and welcome. It should appear at 10pm GMT which is in about 30 minutes. I don't know what time zone you are in but it will be the same for you as it works off server time. If it was something they had taken off for more than a few people I am sure they would have been up in arms about it, so if you still don't have it in 40 minutes time I would email support

For the past 6 days, I have been given a Daily Prize. It looks like a Hat Box. When I tap the Hat Box, it reveals the prize and then I Claim it. Today when I Claimed the prize, it didn't go into my game! Today's prize was a sweet hefty one too!! Is there any way to retrieve my Daily Prize from the Hat Box?
Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!!
