Can't buy my full piggy bank shop won't open. How can I fix this?

First of all, a warm welcome to our community!

I checked with the Studio and we shouldn't have any issue displaying the information of the Piggy Bank. Can you please share a screenshot of your game when you are trying to open the Piggy bank?

Right, at the same time, you can try doing a couple of things. Perhaps you have already tried them, but in this case it'd worth it to try them again.

• First of all, turn off and on your mobile device. Then, try to open the game again and see if the Candy Shop is displaying the information.
• If that doesn't help, please check for any updates for your device and apps here and make sure you have the latest update of the game installed. The current version of the game is v1.169 or v.1.170, depending on your device.
• We could also recommend you to try to clear the cache frequently using this sequence: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Clear cache
