I’m having the same issue. iPhone XR, logged in with Kingdom, version 1.170.0.2, level 5886. Someone above suggested it was a network error but that isn’t it - with no connection, the purple bar will pop up to say “No connection” and a “give up” button once the level is failed. This glitch skips the purple bar part entirely, there is no “give up” button that ever appears, it just says “out of moves” and then immediately skips to the Retry screen (same as screenshots above).

I have escalated about this issue to one of our Candy game In-charge. Will get back to you as soon as I know something!! OR they will directly post here. Keep an eye on this thread!

Same issue here. I'm stuck on level 5318 at the moment and several times I have needed a couple of moves to complete it. I have gold in the bank and don't get the play on option. I have tried on the mobile app and through my laptop, neither works. It's very frustrating, please fix asap!
