Hi Tanya I've seen this Facebook issue before on my Mom's devices. It did work itself out. I'd like to suggest that you try clearing the cache and force stop the app. Go to your Settings/apps/candycrush Force Stop Clear Cache Turn off your device and wait half a minute or so and then turn it back on That's always a good first step too take when you're having problems. Sometimes our devices/PCs need to take a break, too. If you're still having trouble after that, send a request to Support using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page or by using the Question Mark link inside the game (it's in the settings) They'll respond to you directly via email
