The game says I am getting rewards for say an hour, but Im not actually receiving them

Hello @slm300 and welcome to our friendly community! Are you talking about the timed rewards you sometimes get for completing a new level - for example the fish booster for 1 hour? Or are you talking about the 1 hour Color Bomb you get every time you feed Didi or Rami? If you are referring to the CB - you should see that in each level you play until the time runs out. But if you are talking about the fish booster - there are some levels where that booster can't be used - for example a fruit/nut level and so the free booster won't show up then.

If you are still not seeing the free booster on a level where you could use it and there is still time left - then please take a screen shot of your backpack showing the booster and the time remaining and also include a screenshot of the level (before you have actually moved any pieces) where the booster should have shown up but it isn't there and we can try and investigate further to see what is going on. Please post the screenshots in the comment area below.

Sometimes the game gets temporarily hung up and a few simple steps can help you out.  

Clear your cache. The way to do this is slightly different depending on the platform and software you are using, but you should be able to use the internet to find out how to do that if in doubt.

 Check your app update - App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.

Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 20-30 seconds. Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.
