I have noticed the free booster wheel is gone. Where did it go?

My mother still gets the free booster wheel right before the last couple of moves to where you can watch a video and get free boosters to help pass the level. Mine has been gone for months. I thought maybe it was a thing that just lasted for a bit. When I see my mother still gets that free booster wheel then I realized that it hasn't worked for me. My game is up to date and internet is high speed. Any solution?

Currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this for always.

We appreciate it may be frustrating if your friends have a feature that you don't, but it's highly likely you'll be getting it very soon and bear in mind that when you do have an event or challenge, it's possible your friends won't have it this time. Keep an eye out for the latest updates to the game to ensure you benefit from all the new levels and features that we release on a regular basis.

Mine is gone but I haven’t noticed any new features that would replace it.

@jamiejill Hi and welcome, The free booster wheel is a test feature so it is not always guarenteed to be in your game. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. Jusy means your not in the test group at the moment but you can be again in the future.

Always make sure your game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log in. This will make sure you are getting the features available to you
