Cannot connect Been this way for two day very aggravated if the changes were not bad enough
I got a connection error, logged back in and now it’s saying I’m in level 266. But before the error connection I was in level 1160. Between level 266 and 1160 it shows that some levels are passed and some are not, I already installed the app but still same problem
You can contact King via the app so they get your ID number and info to help you, I was having the same problem. Take a screenshot of your boosters so if they can be restored you'll get them. You'll probably have to reinstall the app/s. This was happening on CCS and CCFS for me and that's what i had to do in the end. If so many people are having this problem where is the fix? Can't be that borked, can it?

I have uninstalled n installed candy crush saga back. Its stil on level 1. How do i go back to my previous level which is above 6000??
I also have this problem. I don't want to lose all my boosters for this problem. I worked hard to collect them
Omeg did you log in to king or Facebook after reinstalling?
Ive been having this error message as well and I haven't been able to see my profile picture.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled the game app but unfortunately lost all my boosters and current game progress except gold bars. See screen shots.
Is it possible to have these reinstated, as I have worked very hard for these?
