Hi superstar, its got nothing to do with the internet running slow at the moment because I've been having this problem since about August/September. There wasn't any virus then. As I've said on many occasions the problem is with KING not us, not our devices and not the internet
So did King provide a solution to the problem or are they just hoping the issue will go away?
They say they have their tech people trying to sort it but its been so long that I'm about to give up with the game that I've spent a lot of time and money on. Very frustrating..
I notice they have unpinned this thread from the forum. Are they expecting it to go away?

My issues are still unresolved. Losing interest in this game!!
Anyone find a fix for this issue without having to uninstall and lose all boosters?
I have uninstalled it twice and still getting the error so very possible.
