    Did you check your connection settings, as I advised you in your other thread?

    Bear in mind there were issues today with the browser version through the Facebook website. If you're logged in via Facebook on your phone, it could be related. Since that issue is now resolved, see if yours still persist.

    You can write to Support but don't settle for a canned reply, should they not give you a personalised response at first.

    Has anyone tried this on an iPad and been able to keep their boosters? I have so many, and was so disheartened at the prospect of losing them it's demotivated me and I haven't played the game since this happened - over a year ago! I've just been playing Saga and Jelly. They also make it so hard to contact King that I don't see how I'm able to contact them to get any boosters reinstated. It bothers me that after such a long time playing the game and building them up, my only recourse is to lose them if I want to save my progress.

    I do not have any "Networked apps" screen in my settings that looks like that. And my post was deleted. Real nice!! I'm wasting too much energy on this in this forum. Will contact support.

    You've got it wrong. The browser and desktop versions tap into the same booster pool. As for mobile devices - they don't share boosters.

    As an iOS user, you could back up the game to iTunes or iCloud, then restore it on another device (or the same one), keeping your boosters in the process. You gotta be logged into your account when you back it up.

    Unlike Android users, iOS users are privileged to be able to move their boosters around by backing up their game. I'm not an iOS user, so can't talk from personal experience but it is said one gotta be logged into their account in order for their data to be backed up.

    You can easily write to Support, including from inside the game app.

    Did this ever get fixed? Having exactly same issues with two different games. King's advice was to uninstall and reinstall and I did this on one device and lost hundreds of boosters and still have the problem, King does this on purpose so we lose our boosters and then they think we will buy more. Well, I'll quit the playing the games first.
