I logged out today and set a new password. I’ve now been logged back in at level 6!!! I was on 2031.

Hello @snottydotty and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I you go to your gme settings (the pink wheel) and click on the ? (question mark) then click on My game progress. Once you are on that page - click on "Contact us" at the bottom of the page. By contacting Player support directly from your game they should be able to help restore your lost levels. Make sure you explain what happened and the level you were on previously.
