I had 11 gold bars and used it to buy extra moves, spent my bars and didn't win the moves. How to proceed?

    This is the chance we take when we do such things; sometimes it succeeds, and it does not at other times.
    But it is easy to earn some boosters and gold bars, you can look within the game.
    And also enter some contests, try to win some barras de ouro in this way...

    Hi @Nataliaa!

    Please email Player Support so they can check up what happened.
    On mobile, go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
