📩 Email Notifications: Customize Your Experience!

Hey everyone!

Want to control which email notifications you receive from the Community? Follow these simple steps to personalize your preferences:

📱 On a Mobile Device

1️⃣ Log in and tap your avatar in the upper-right corner.

2️⃣ Tap the bell icon at the top of the page.

3️⃣ Tap the adjustments icon on the right side.

4️⃣ Customize by ticking/unticking the notifications you want to receive.
5️⃣ Important: Scroll down and tap Save Preferences to confirm your changes!

💻 On a PC/Laptop

1️⃣ Tap the bell icon at the top of the page.

2️⃣ Click the adjustments icon on the right side.

3️⃣ Select or deselect the notifications you want to receive.
4️⃣ Important: Scroll down and click Save Preferences to finalize your updates!

but..is the little button of notifications alerts not supposed to appear in the mobile layout anymore? not even on the avatar logo? I can't see if I got messages right away now, I have to actively go search for them and it's not great at all :(

the laptop layout works fine. *edit well actually, the button of notifications keeps on staying on even after opening the messages. clearing the browser cache doesn't solve it but manually clicking "mark all read" does.

I hope everything will be worked out eventually :)

Hello there, @Pounawea ! A Magnificent Monday to you!

I know that this thread is for Mobile E-Mail Notification Customization. Since there is nothing for Desktop, I am just going to share my opinion of the New Layout. Although Language Switching is available, I still prefer the old layout. The number of E-mails in the Notification is like a tiny speck on the Page. I have a 32" Computer Screen and yet it looks so very tiny or minute. The only thing that makes it visible is the red circle. The original green was much pleasing to the eye. The number of mails don't disappear even when the mails are read. With the old layout, it was automatic.

To be honest, I don't use my iPhone for checking my King Community Notifications. I use my Desktop all the time.

Hello!

Today I had it in the old state during the day and now the new one at a later hour. And should I tell you something: I don't like it. It is unsightly. The old was better for me. What do I want with the ball of language. I only need it in my language in German and I am here via Chrome and always switch back and forth in German and English. For me it was easier and nicer before. You could have left that.

I am not getting notification when I have mail, the lay out looks outdated to me, this is just my opinion NO harm meant by it

The only thing that is nice about it is that you have all the bookmarks at a glance. I once sent this idea to @Xarly - privately. I would like to thank@Xarly for this. This helps me to answer the player's problems.
