Lost all my levels!

I'm not sure what happened, but when I went into game it started me on level 1!!!! My level was over 1,600!!!! And I DO NOT HAVE FACEBOOK?  how can I get them back?

Can You Please Tell Us Where do you play Candy Crush Saga ? I mean on Android/Windows/iOS device or on King.com ?

We would like to know and this will help us to understand your Problem more clearly.

If you cannot get the levels back, please email Player Support so they can restore them manually for you.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
