hi everyone, I have been stuck on this level for weeks and yesterday another box appeared on top of where the mixer is and even when I destroy the mixer the cherries do not drop down......any tips please.

Hi @Sammieuk. Welcome to our Community 

This level has Super Hard Level. For this level try to play near to jellies or make special candy as you get the chance. Combine them with each other to break more jellies or to move ingredients to take them out from the board.

Start with the combination of the two Colorbombs together that you get from the Built a Bot. This will help you to destroy the mixer and Jelly. Try to play below so the booster help can come out .

Hi @Sammieuk Welcome to the community. This is definitely a design flaw with the redesign of the level and I wouldn't advise playing it until it's fixed. I lost 4 lives trying and you are correct. The new box at the top means that there is a hole left when the mixer goes that can never be filled, so switch hands are useless.
@bearwithme could you run this by the powers that be please?

@kiara_wael Did you carry on playing the level? I'm curious to know if it is actually possible with that new box at the top for anyone else. I just tried again and took a screenshot at the point I can go no further.

Good luck with the email. The studio do react to feedback from the community but it may take a little time. Meanwhile @Sammieuk some things to do while you wait;
1. Complete your sugar track using levels 36,43,59,92,97,112,185,147,205,209 & 223
2. Play level 1055 over and over to win the Space Race
3. Empty your chocolate box using level  606, 666 & 1476
4. Vote for the idea in the link in my signature "COMPLETE EPISODES IN ANY LEVEL ORDER" Then maybe next time this happens you will have 14 more levels you can try.
5. Explore the rest of community, it is a great place to learn and have fun!

This level CAN be passed. After the mixer is blown up it'll take out the candy under it. That's in the way if it doesn't. 
So, if it doesn't take out enough candy to let the cherries fall, you must get them a different way. In the screenshot below you can see what I'm trying to say.

Yes, I played it just before I posted it. Hmmmm. 
I play on a mobile device. Perhaps that's the difference?
Did you go try again and get the candy out of the way? Just wondering... It's hard enough without a glitch holding things up.
