Hello @danith If I'm correct, you're saying that you have a recurring charge every month that you want stopped? Inside the game you can reach out to Support. You can get there by clicking on the sprocket button at the top of the game screen and then the ? Button that you'll see in the pop-up screen. From there you should choose the topic Purchases and Gold bars. The next screen explains the purchase process and how you might be able to see what went wrong. If you can't find the answer you need... At the bottom of that screen you'll find Contact Us. That's where you want to fill out the form and give as much detail as possible. They'll look into it and respond to you directly via email.
