Level 6455

2 days ago I finished this level but it didn't save it to the next level. Since then every time I play the level I get this glitch. Sent a video showing what happens. I need some help with this or else I won't be able to play anymore

Hello @Mim_ I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem. Every once in awhile I will get a glitch like this on a level but it usually is only temporary.

@bearwithme That was a quick response. I had it again today and I dont buy boosters because I havent got the money so I can never be sure that if I use them this will happen. It's so annoying I did the level on Thursday

Obviously you are playing the Win 10 version on a PC. Have you tried clearing your cache, ensuring you have the most recent version of the game and then turning off your PC for about 30 seconds and then turning it back on again and then reopening the game? Also - does your map show you got star(s) on this level from when you did complete it successfully? If it does - then the game should recognize that you have finished the level and let you move on to the next level.

@bearwithme Mine does it automatically but I checked it on Tuesday

@bearwithme I finished the level, just left my PC to so something, and when I got back after a few seconds, I realised that the game hadn't gone on to the new 45 levels. Yes I've rebooted the PC and Laptop many times over the last 2 days.

Hi @Mim - I’m sure this can be fixed. The one thing that usually fixes almost all types of problems is to reload your game. However - if you do this you will lose any saved boosters and lives because they are stored locally on your device and once you deinstall the game that information is erased. You should keep your progress and gold bars since that information is kept on the King servers as long as you are saving your progress by playing either through Facebook or King.com.
