Hey there, I have been having some connection issues with my game. Mailbox doesn't work, I'm not getting my prize boxes, I'm not getting free spins boosters it won't even connect to let me pay for anything!. I've turned internet off then back on tried logging out, which it wouldn't let me, and did the latest update! Anyone know any solutions? And will I get the things I've won when it's fixed.

I’m not getting my prize boxes either. I Have a King acct. and I am connected! This happened a few weeks ago, too, and I didn’t get all the prize boxes I missed while the problem existed.

You might find the answer you need here... It's a good idea to go to the Support section to see if the issue you're having has been addressed for another player. I find that most of the time it has happened to someone else.
