Really? That's different! The best first step is to clear your cache and turn off the device for a few minutes. When you turn it back on I'm hoping its fixed. I have to do it fairly often in order to sync the two devices I use to play. I have decided that our devices need a break to unscramble, lol. There's a lot going on with apps like Candy Crush!
