When I win timed play (ex 1 hr playtime) am I unable to use it

I win an hour of timed play or 30 min sometimes. It won’t let me use the booster. It continues to use my 5 lives until gone. When I choose to use my timed play it pops up the message that I need to start each level with the timed play booster, yet won’t let me use it. This has been ongoing for over a year. It is the same for both my iPad and iPhone despite keeping my app updated.

If this happens again may I ask you to please do some print screens and post them here so that we have a better idea of what's happening on your end.
