Why is level 5323 different on my PC

The video's show 28 moves with the bombs starting out at a countdown of 10, on my PC there are only 23 moves and the countdown of the bombs start out at 8. I have been stuck for a while now on this. Please help. Thank you

Hello there, welcome.
Seems like you're not starting the level with a complete booster bot/space dash, you'll find it a bit easier if you did.
Combine the color bombs with the wrapped candies surrounded by candy bombs (&/or directly with candy bombs of an abundant color) & get that point total.
