If you think that lame answer is going to change anything, you are incorrect. We have some very specific demands here. Could your customers be any more clear? Whoever made this decision should lose their job. Also, it would be nice if you would advocate for what your customers are CLEARLY telling you instead of carrying the company line.
The way I enjoyed playing Candy Crush was replaying a previous level I really enjoyed playing and building up as many boosters as I could. I just liked to play that level with boosters. So your new 'features' and 'contests' really do nothing for me. We want Build-a-Bot for previous levels and Sugar Drops. Period.
So instead of spewing the company line, march back in there and tell them to stop the War on Customers and make the simple changes we are demanding.

I understand that you miss the Sugar Track, Candy Pet and the old version of Build-a-Bot.
Letting these features to retire was not an easy decision, but the year 2020 is the ninth year of Candy Crush and it's time to give the game an real update and lift!
The possibility to win Boosters and other rewards will NOT get removed, even though the first 2-3 years in the game there were no extra features except the Booster Wheel where you got one Booster a day. We are not getting back to those old days with only one daily Booster.
Today the game is fully packed to the max with more than 6000 levels and loads of features and to free some memory and make some space in the game a spring cleaning is necessary.
Some years ago Dreamworld had to be removed to make it possible to add more live events and bonuses. Even though that was a hard decision, it gave the possibility that many new sweet things could be introduced in the game to make it even more fun.
During this year, many new features will get added and updated to replace the old ones. We are starting with a new fantastique version of Fantastic Five! If you want to try it out before others, then check it out here. After this, the next cool feature will be... I cannot reveal it yet, please stay tuned!

What’s the point of fantastic five if you can’t get past any levels.. the way you have it now you have to be able to get past the levels that are impossible to pass without boosters. This game has become a joke... shame on you too for taking away our chance to play and complete levels with all that’s going on in the world right now... all that matters to you people is the almighty dollar...

why you take away before you are ready to implement the new rewards? that's seriously backwards
you talk about giving free lives as if they are some physical resource and there's a real shortage lol
and while you have your meetings please discuss getting beta testers and fix all the bugs
