How do i get my progress back. I used to be able to use Helium whenever i changed phones.
That is no longer supported, so i logged into king on old phone and it said my progress was saved and i could now use another device. When i logged in with the new phone it retrieved my progress, but started at level 1. Logged off, then back on with my old device and it is now back to level 1. Lost 3216 levels.

Go to the game's Start Menu on a mobile device, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
The support team will take you to your level manually.
