Syncing with my iPhone and iPad

My iPad is on level 685 and my iPhone will not synchronized to the same account. My iPhone is on level 590 It’s all under my email account. Please help. I did all the troubleshooting online and emailed king as well. I attached pics for proof

Please help. I’ve done all the trouble shooting online. But my iPhone is on one level and my iPad is on another level. I started playing in my iPad and got to level 685 but my iPhone is still only showing 591 level. I under the same account for each login. What do I do? My iPad is older like second generation if that matters my iPhone is iPhone 11

Hi @callie9133 and welcome to the Community!

Try with disconnecting Facebook from the game on both devices. Restart both your iPhone and iPad. Open the games and reconnect to Facebook and the levels should sync.

If this doesn't help, then reinstall the app on both devices, but please note that the Boosters and Lives will get lost in this process.
