I have no clue how CrazyCatLad creates these! I have no clue how to even figure it out! I only have a clue to copy what the other participants are saying. The answer is D. And if someone can please send me a PM telling me how to figure it out I would greatly appreciate it for future CrazyCatLad's contests like this. Thanks all!

Here's My Answer with it's logic-
If you check the above image, you will find that 1st picture of Tiffi has got it's match, 1st picture of Yeti has also got it's match but 2nd picture of Tiffi hasn't got her match yet. So Logically, the answer should be the match of 2nd Picture of Tiffi Row-wise.
This is my logic it can be Wrong too but I hope others get the Gold Bars on their Game.
