Boosters not transferred to my new phone

Hi

I have changed my smartphone and now i have lost all my gifts. I'm a little bit angry about that. What I can do that I receive it back? See the photos below

Hello @evangs and welcome to the King Community. I'm sorry that happened to you. It sounds like you recently got a new phone. Unfortunately things like lives and boosters that players tend to save so they can be used when needed, are stored locally on your device. So when you switch to a new phone or for some reason have to de-install and re-install the game, all that information is lost along with all the boosters and lives. That is why, if you know you plan to buy a new phone, players are encouraged to use as many of the boosters as possible since they will be lost once you transfer to the new phone.

Only your game progress and actual purchases are kept on the King servers and you need to play through either King.com or Facebook to ensure your game progress isn't accidentally lost.
