I've made two purchases and gotten a gift bag of 1 gold bar on each purchase. Where did the gold bars go? Because it didn't go to my gold.

** While filling out, enter the TOPIC as "Problems with Purchase" ---> and the SUB-TOPIC as "Purchased Items not Received" ---> Explain briefly about the issue and Submit  the form.
