I want to make a formal complaint against the app and the game itself about my bad experience

1) If you are having an issue with your game and need to find a remedy with regards to a glitch in a level, game freezing issue, etc., you can post it here itself!
2) If you are having a different issue like loosing progress OR Purchase Issue OR you have not received a prize from an event, then you will have to contact the "King Player Support Team" through this link ---> https://soporto.king.com/contact
You can directly contact them from your device itself (if you are playing on a Mobile device) through the "Settings" icon.
