Hinis it possible that 6479could have some problem? It's impossible to pass, the explosions seem non to destroy the lines. Neither with a party boost, for which I wasted a lot of gold. Help

This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play near to icing blockers and make special candy. Combine them with each other and use more striped candy with wrapped candy or color bomb to break more icing blockers.
Try playing in the middle , there helped Colorboomb booster and stripped Candy in the below. be patience and keep trying

Thanks for tagging me @bearwithme. I played that level a couple of hours ago and was able to clear it. I only cleared it with 1 star but it's doable. It's not a glitch so just give it a little while.
