Impossible to recover my progress

Good morning,

I cannot recover my progress from one mobile phone to the second one, even if I use my king account. The progress on the first Mobile phone is 3086 and on the second mobile phone, I reach the level 231 with this account. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several time without success. If you can help me, I will appreciate.

If no trouble shooting help, please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
