Why am I not receiving the items when the wheel has landed on the 3 stars?

By any chance, did you take a screenshot when the pin landed on 3 Stars? If so, that will help the team who investigates your issue!
Let me check whether you will have to contact the "King Player Support Team" to report about the missing rewards OR our Candy In-charge team can look into it.
