Hi New Bee! Welcome to the Community, I hope I can help. I suggest that you go to your App settings and Clear Cache, then turn off your device for a minute and then turn it back on. A Force Stop won't hurt either. That will get rid of temp files and refresh the game app. Post back if you still need help!
