Whats going on with the gold bars

I purchased 20 gold bars and used 10 and only had the 5 left that I had before made the purchase. It took the other 10 away. Also, every time I make a purchase it gives me additional gold bars but then they don’t show. Very disappointed. I purchase bars all the time and this J’s never happened. I wasted my money.
