Hello @smtjackson17 and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am not sure I understand what you are saying. When you say you purchased 5 hours of free play - do you mean you purchased 5 hours worth of unlimited lives? If this was something you paid for and you have proof of purchase - you can go to Customer Support to ask for a refund. It would also help if you could take a screenshot showing you no longer had unlimited lives after only 30 minutes.
Could you please comment below with a bit more information to make sure I am understanding exactly what the problem is.
