Why do my scrolls for candy cronicals keep disappearing?

My scrolls for candy cronicals keep on disappearing. I'll have almost enough to buy the discount but then I'll log on and they will be back to zero. It's been happening for about a month now.

So you Candy Chronicles keep resetting? Have you made sure the app is updated? Have you tried reinstalling the app?
