My scrolls for candy cronicals keep on disappearing. I'll have almost enough to buy the discount but then I'll log on and they will be back to zero. It's been happening for about a month now.

On mobile go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - choose topic and tap Contact us and send them an email.
So you Candy Chronicles keep resetting? Have you made sure the app is updated? Have you tried reinstalling the app?
