Play points?

There are no play points or payment methods in the game itself.

If you are referring to play points in Google Play or any payment or purchase issues with your Google Play account, then please contact Google Play Support directly.

All purchases and payments in all games and apps on an Android device are handled by Google.

I have the same issue! I keep hearing that candy crush has no play points, I bought a $5 reward FOR candy crush from the play store so idk what's really what lol

@maryjane117 , Hi and welcome, King only excepts 3rd party payments, so all the payments are made from who you downloaded the game from. In your case google play store. So as google play offers play points this is through google play and not king. Hence you have to contact google play in regards to google play points

Thank you, I understand that but Google is offering coupons for candy crush and other King games. I'm unable to get a refund so I feel like this should be addressed before others lose money also

@maryjane117 As mentioned above, please contact Google Play Support directly regarding Google Play Points. We at King do not have any access to their payment system.
