Message about Sugar drops, but no Drops there!?

I had received the message so many times as"hurry collect more candies ,time is going up,collect candies to get reward but while playing the game neither candy not any sugar drops are being allotted by the game,PL clarify

    The Sugar Drops have been put on hold for now, so you should not get that message. Check more info here.
